Whether it is getting the power flowing to a new home, temporarily altering power for maintenance work or permanent removal of power, ENMAX Power will guide you through the process to ensure this work is completed safely and efficiently.

Get the power flowing

Getting a site ID is a common first step to setting up a new electrical connection or upgrading an existing service. Learn the steps involved with getting a new or temporary electrical service to your home or business.

Temporary outage for maintenance

Get the power temporarily disconnected, moved or reconnected, so you can complete your work safely and efficiently. Before you get started, please read our information on Electrical Utility Meter Handling and Secondary Service Supply Restrictions.

Permanent power disconnect

A request to permanently remove power and the electrical meter can be made through your electrical retailer. ENMAX Power will only respond to requests made on your behalf from your retailer.

Note: To make this request you must be the Site ID owner.
