This checklist must be completed before a site visit will be made to install your meter.

Your statement indicating the site is ready for ENMAX meter installation.
This form is NOT:

For booking an appointment. Your submission will be evaluated for clarity and completeness

For site services under 400 amps. Contact your retailer for services under 400 amps.
Things to know before you start

You need to have installed current transformer (CT) equipment. You can request CT equipment here.

Your service capacity should be 400 Amps or greater.

Please ensure that you understand the ENMAX Metering Standards.
